I will contact you personally, to set up all showings & follow up from these appointments. Follow up with individuals who have attended your open house(s) through emails or telephone calls AND in addition, provide you with any feedback from these people. After two weeks, you (the Seller) and I will sit down and review your listing and re-evaluate the pricing, based on the activity from your showings. Overwhelmed by a move?
