LG Approved Public Review System:
The work of LG Approved Program is to be one of high standards. We will constantly look for feedback from our members clients in regards to quality of work completed, quality of service, professionalism and overall experience. The public of Leeds and Grenville are a key component to our system, and are encouraged to contact us and provide us with feedback, both positive and negative.
Professional or Public Comments or Complaints will be received in confidence, and sent into the Membership Review Committee. They will then act as a disciplinary committee and review the complaint to validate, confirm and suggest actions towards the member in question.
Based on the Public Review Investigation; If an existing LG Approved Member is falling short on their service requirements, or is not within compliance with the code of conduct LG Approved will review the issues / situations and the member may have their Membership Terminated / Suspended from the LG Approved Program.
The Public Review System is NOT only for LG Approved Members, this will also be open for public review of other Businesses, Professionals and Public Services in Leeds and Grenville.
Complaints will remain confidential until the review and/or investigation is completed.
Any Professional / Business / Company
Offering Services within Leeds & Grenville County can
be reported and subject to our Public Review System.
( this is NOT limited to active LG Approved Members)

(1) If you have received a DISSERVICE or are UNSATISFIED about a professional you have recently dealt with, please fill out a Public Review.
(2) If you want to leave a POSITIVE or SATISFIED Review about a professional you have recently dealt with, please let us know.
